Dilweg Announces First Lease Signing at 6625 The Corners Parkway
The Firm Acquired the Class A Mid-Rise Office Building Late Last Year
ATLANTA (May 23, 2022) — Dilweg, a leading Southern real estate investment firm with 5.7M square feet of assets under management, has secured its first lease deal at 6625 The Corners Parkway in metro Atlanta’s Peachtree Corners. The five-story property was purchased by Dilweg in October 2021 and totals 103,456 square feet.
Atlanta-based software development firm Visix, Inc will be leasing 9,460 square feet of 6625 The Corners Parkway commencing December 1, 2022. Visix is an award-winning cloud-based digital signage software company with over 40 years in business.

Following the acquisition of the property last year, Dilweg has implemented numerous improvements including a renovated lobby, outdoor amenity area with brand new patio and shaded seating, new landscaping, and contemporary wayfinding providing the Peachtree Corners submarket a premium office setting.
6625 The Corners Parkway is located only 25 minutes from Atlanta’s urban core. With direct access to Peachtree Parkway, tenants and visitors can easily access amenities such as The Forum and Peachtree Corners Town Center.
