Dilweg Announces Atlanta Office Leases at Leading Class A Properties
Northridge Commons, The Pointe and 101 Marietta Welcome New Tenants

Dilweg, a leading real estate investment firm with 5.7M square feet of assets under management in the Southeast, announces several Atlanta leases in fast growing class A office properties.

Dilweg is pleased to announce three new tenants including Curion, WellTree, Sweetwater Management Relocation and All 3 Sports. They are joining tenants such as Community Loans of America, Verte Logistics, Atlanta Apartment Association, and Shadow-Soft.
The Pointe
Dilweg is pleased to announce the addition of the newest tenant to The Pointe. Mariner Wealth is now a full floor lease in one of the two mid-rise Class A buildings located in Atlanta’s Central Perimeter submarket along with Erisa Pros and Senta Partners (23K SF). They are joining tenants such as Cisco, Compass Group, and Ecova.
Jerry Banks, AEO of Dilweg Atlanta explains, “When we acquired The Pointe, we really believed these two well-located buildings within Central Perimeter were uniquely positioned to capture the market’s future growth and we are pleased this projection is proving true.”
Dilweg invested more than $3 million to improve the building’s operating systems, common areas and tenant amenities and provide a “best in class” office experience for existing and future tenants.
101 MARIETTA
YKK Corp. of America, based in Marietta, has officially signed a lease for a full floor at 101 Marietta. This marks their second full floor lease with Dilweg at 101 Marietta. They join Industrious, the highest-rated workplace provider in the industry.
As one of Atlanta’s most recognizable buildings, 101 Marietta Street is located in the center of the city’s business and entertainment district. This Class A building is within walking distance to Centennial Olympic Park, Mercedes-Benz Stadium, the Georgia Aquarium, as well as numerous hotels, restaurants, banks, and retail shopping. Under new ownership by Dilweg, major renovations were completed including a new lobby, onsite amenities including a fitness center with locker rooms, parking deck, a tenant lounge, and more.
