Dilweg Acquires 1406 Winnifred in Charlotte

DURHAM, N.C. (Feb. 23, 2018) – Commercial real estate investment firm, The Dilweg Companies, announced today the acquisition of 1406 Winnifred.

1406 Winnifred is a one-story, 25,543 square-foot retail building in Charlotte’s South End neighborhood. The property was constructed in 1966 and 1982 and is located on 1.7 acres.
