Vantage Place was a strong core-plus opportunity and the first for Dilweg in the booming Nashville office market. Dilweg was able to purchase the asset for an attractive $113 PSF with stable operating history and future cash flow. Dilweg modestly enhanced the project through capital improvements.

In less than two years, Dilweg was able to increase occupancy to 100% and create an additional 33% of value. By utilizing our “boots on the ground” knowledge, Dilweg was able to identify the MetroCenter submarket as undervalued and up and coming. This strategy allowed Dilweg to purchase low and allow the submarket’s positive trendline to improve the value of this asset.
