Dilweg Purchases Office Property Adjacent to the Research Triangle Park
DURHAM, N.C. (Apr. 24, 2013) – The Dilweg Companies has purchased a one-story office/flex building contiguous to Research Triangle Park at 4105 Hopson Road.
Sitting on 8.43 acres and totaling over 50,000 square feet, the brick building includes office space with first-class features and amenities, as well as practical production space featuring a shipping area and loading dock.
The building was built in 2002. It is located next to Research Triangle Park, one of the largest research and development centers in the nation, on Hopson Road at Davis Drive. It is convenient to both I-40 and the new Triangle Expressway and is easily accessible via highway exit 280.
