    Prepare economic analysis (including construction budget and operating pro forma) to determine project viability.
  • Project Resourcing
    Assemble experienced team to plan, design, and build. Identify right team with skills and experience to execute quickly and cost-effectively.
  • Site Reviews
    Oversee preliminary review of zoning, permitting, and construction plans to determine potential development hurdles.
  • Environmental & Engineering Reviews
    Coordinate all physical and environmental inspections to uncover remediation requirements or structural weaknesses.

  • Value Engineering
    Work with design/build team to determine most cost-effective means to execute building plan.
  • Entitlements & Permits
    Oversee entitlement and permitting process at all levels of government and community approval.
  • Public Presentations
    Navigate through all community and government forums for project to achieve approval and support.
  • Project Management & Accounting
    Control and report on monthly/quarterly basis financial performance and development progress.
