Mr. Ashton is responsible for identifying investment opportunities that have significant
upside potential. He is also responsible for disposing of assets within the company
portfolio which have the potential to command exceptional pricing based on market
fundamentals. Prior to joining The Dilweg Companies in February 2004, Zach was a
Vice President and Partner with the local affiliate of one of the top national
commercial real estate firms for 7+ years. Zach graduated from UNC Chapel Hill in
1996 with a B.S. in Business Administration.
