Shane is responsible for all aspects of property management, including maintenance and repairs, tenant relations, insurance, accounting, and human resource management. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Shane worked for GVA Advantis, managing +1.4 million SF of retail/office properties. Shane graduated from Virginia Tech in 1994 with a B.A. in Property Management.
