Rose plans, budgets, and directs the activities concerned with the construction and
maintenance of the firm’s assets. Additionally, Rose serves as the asset manager for
the firm’s office portfolio. She graduated from York College in 1993 with a B.A. in
Business Management. Rose is a Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)
certified Real Property Administrator and is working toward her Construction Project
Management Diploma.
