John is responsible for the day-to-day operating activities of the firm. He develops
and oversees the business platform, integrating human resources, client services, and
financial resources. In addition to his senior leadership responsibilities, John manages
the property management, asset management, and construction management teams.
Before joining the firm, John’s working career spanned 25 years in management and
executive positions with Gregory Poole Equipment Company, Wrenn Handling, and
Faison & Associates. John graduated from the University of South Carolina in 1967
with a B.A. in English.
