Dave is responsible for leasing Triangle Office assets within the portfolio and is
Broker-in-Charge of Dilweg Commercial. Prior to joining the firm in 2007, Dave
worked at privately held Parker Lincoln Developers for 15 years, where he served as
Broker-in-Charge. During that time, he was instrumental in the leasing and acquisition
of +5 Million square feet of commercial property in the Raleigh MSA.
